Terms
Prove one property before you scale.
These terms describe the operating expectations for requests submitted through the official OMERVIA site and the initial one-property proof.
1. Pilot request is not activation
Submitting the website form asks OMERVIA to review a private pilot request. It does not automatically activate guest messaging, create an external provider integration, charge a card or authorize OMERVIA to act on behalf of a property.
2. One-property proof
The initial proof is designed for one selected active property for seven days. A valid payment method is required only when that property reaches Ready to Resolve and the proof is activated. The amount due at activation is zero. The proof clock begins at that activation boundary, not merely when a CTA is clicked or a form is submitted.
3. Authorized information and media
The operator is responsible for supplying or authorizing property facts, policies, operational media and documents used by OMERVIA, and for having the authority to permit their operational use. Do not submit third-party content or sensitive information you are not authorized to provide.
4. Human decision boundary
OMERVIA is designed to automate routine, grounded property questions within configured policy. Refunds, discounts, compensation, payment disputes, material exceptions, serious complaints, safety/security issues and sensitive commitments remain human decisions unless an explicit authorized policy says otherwise.
5. Provider and channel availability
Messaging, media delivery and provider data depend on current authorized integration paths, permissions and platform capabilities. A diagram, concept image or desired architecture on this site is not a claim of a provider partnership unless that relationship is separately verified.
6. Trial evidence
OMERVIA should distinguish measured facts from estimates. If the selected property has too little real activity to support a fair conclusion, the correct outcome is Insufficient Evidence, not a manufactured success result. Material safety or correctness failures block expansion until reviewed.
7. Paid plans and billing
The seven-day proof is free but requires a valid payment method at the Ready-to-Resolve activation checkout. The selected plan, recurring monthly price, seven-day trial period, zero amount due at activation, first automatic charge timing and cancellation terms are presented before checkout completion. Paddle creates the subscription in trial status and stores the payment method. Unless the operator cancels before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the selected monthly plan after seven days and then renews it monthly until canceled. Canceling before the trial ends prevents the first recurring charge. Current plan prices are published on the Pricing page. Taxes, refunds and payment-method handling follow the provider checkout and applicable terms.
8. Portfolio expansion
A successful proof may lead to keeping one property active or rolling the same operating layer across additional properties. Each property must satisfy its own readiness requirements; property-specific facts do not become shared portfolio facts by default.
